Wed. Night LIVE! (Wednesdays 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.) Wednesday Night LIVE is an exciting opportunity for youth to experience praise & worship and an incredible teaching time from God’s Word. The heartbeat of this ministry is to see youth embrace the cross and become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Personal Ministry Opportunities for Youth Several times throughout the year, students will be given the privilege of participating in Youth Choir & Musicals, Youth Praise Band, Youth Worship & Drama Teams, Mission Outreach Opportunities, being a part of the leadership team in KidZone, Community Service Projects, Youth Camps, and lots of Nebraska District Ministry Events. Communication about these opportunities will be shared several months prior to the date of the event.

The Youth (7th grade and up) are invited to join Celebration Choir. You can help lead worship several times in the morning worship services and prepare for their Spring musical and Christmas Musical. Rehearsals with Celebration Choir are on Sunday afternoons from 4 to 6

The Celebration Choir ministers in the morning worship services on a regular basis. In addition, this choir presents a wonderful Musical Drama during the Easter season, which is open to the community. This choir consists of Adults and High School students. Rehearsals for this group are on Sunday afternoons.

Our Worship bands play a critical role in the overall tone of our morning worship services. Youth and adults are combined to provide a dynamic praise band to lead our worship.

Each year, the Music and Worship Arts Ministry provides an amazing outreach ministry for Hastings and its surrounding communities. Over 100 people combine their talents and energies into making this Dinner Theater production one of the highlights of Hastings' Christmas season. Our Children, Youth, and Adults are all an active part of this venture. Rehearsals for this ministry are held on Sunday evenings from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. September through December only.

Our Dramatic Troupe participates in the morning worship services and seasonal Musical Dramas, helps lead the KidZone Drama Ministry, and are involved in the Children's and Youth Musicals.

Our tech teams are a critical part of the overall vision and ministry of Lakeside Community Church. Sound, Video, and Computer Technicians all play a key role in every worship ministry this church provides for us.
