OUR MISSION is to provide a loving and safe environment where our nursery and preschool children will experience God’s love, spend quality time learning about Jesus, and be taught how to grow-up into His likeness. |
About our nursery Our nursery care is provided for all Lakeside Community Worship Services, as well as on Wednesday, our Mid-Week Ministry Night. |
About Sunday School Our two and three year olds have Sunday School on Sunday mornings from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. |
About Benson Buddies Benson Buddies is the Caravan Scouting program we offer for our 4 & 5 year olds. Children are encouraged in their faith and discipled to develop Godly character in four areas of growth: Spiritual, Mental, Physical, and Emotional. Benson Buddies meets on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:00 p.m. |

About KIDzone (Sundays from 9:30-10:15 a.m.) KidZone is a ministry provided for children 4 years – 6th grade. It is 45 fun-filled minutes of Family Worship at the Kids’ level! Each week, a different Bible-based value is taught through songs, skits, videos, activities, and more! Parents will be encouraged to participate in KidZone with their children. This is one exciting ministry your family won’t want to miss!

Kidz 4 Christ (Sundays from 10:30-11:45 a.m.) As a spin off of the KidZone theme for the morning, Kidz 4 Christ is a small group discipleship program where children will be challenged to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ. They will be given the opportunity to learn how to apply what they have learned from God’s Word in KidZone that morning and grow in Wisdom, Faith, Character, and Friendship.

Bible Quizzing (Wednesdays from 5:30-6:15 p.m.) We strongly believe in providing children the opportunity to ‘hide God’s Word in their hearts’. Bible Quizzing is a ministry opportunity for 1st – 6th grades in which that can happen! They will study a book (this year it will be Genesis) from the Bible each year, committing its truth and scriptures to memory. They are also given the opportunity to compete in quiz meets where they can ‘put to the test’ all that they have learned. |
About Kidz Choir Kidz Choir (Wednesdays from 6:15-7:00 p.m.)

Caravan Scouting Program (Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00 p.m.) In the spirit of ‘scouting’, our Caravan Program provides children amazing opportunities to develop in the following four areas: Spiritually, Physically, Mentally, and Socially. Throughout the year they work to earn badges in each of these areas, participate in an overnight camp-out at Hastings Lake, and build incredible relationships with other children their age.
